General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed through mathildezorin.com. By completing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
Mathilde Zorin is a webshop registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 78095832. You can reach us at info@mathildezorin.com.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour or tone between the photo and the piece you receive are possible.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before payment. We may adjust prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.
4. Placing an order
A purchase agreement is formed once you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable — and will refund you in full if we do.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the moment of ordering through our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes such as WELCOME10 apply to one order, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions unless we state otherwise.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy. Any delivery estimate is an indication, not a guaranteed date.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within the statutory cooling-off period. On top of that we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging, as described in our return and refund policy.
9. Faulty items
If a piece arrives faulty or does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable period. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, wear on contact with chemicals, or storage that does not follow our care advice.
11. Intellectual property
All texts, photography, designs and the Mathilde Zorin name on this website belong to us and may not be reused without written permission.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
