Shipping Policy
How your order is packed, sent and tracked once you've completed checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the following working day.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free on orders over €75. For orders below that amount a flat rate of €4.95 is charged. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery area
We currently ship within the European Union, with Spain and the Netherlands as our main delivery markets. Available destinations are shown in the address step of checkout.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your parcel is collected you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it door to door.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.
Delayed or lost parcels
Carriers occasionally run late during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, send a photo of the packaging and the item to info@mathildezorin.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out for you.
