Before you start
- Your return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken.
- Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
What happens next
- We confirm your request by email, usually within one business day.
- You receive the return address and, where applicable, a return label.
- Pack the piece securely and hand the parcel to the carrier.
- Once your return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
